We are students of RP. RP is famous for its unique teaching style called pbl(problem based learning).We, as the RP students, have a lot of resources for our study,i.e,RP use internet based teaching system. The good point about this system is that we become familar with internet and IT.

Concerned with RP campus, it is very peaceful and beautiful campus as it is located in Woodlands area of Singapore where many beautiful trees and flowers can be found.

Medan.

Hello,My name is Steven.In this blog,I would like to share you about my hometown Medan.Medan is the city which develop from several villages and become a city nowdays.In this city,I spend my childhood and most of my teenagers time here.In Medan,actually everything is cheaper than in Singapore.In addition,you can find a lot of delicious foods like Sate Padang,Nasi Lemak,and Bika Ambon and Markisa juice which become the icons of Medan and every visitor like this food very much.In medan,you can find several unique building for example Masjid Raya,Guru Patimpus Statue,Tjong Afie house and clock which providing an unique arts,and The Water Tower which is built by the Dutch when they invaded Medan.

I came from Batam. More specifically, I came from Batam.
Batam is a small island, located not far from Singapore. From Batam, we just need to take an one hour ferry trip to Singapore.

This picture is one of tourist place at Batam. It's called Barelang Bridge. People often enjoy the view from the bridge there. Usually, we can find some restaurant near the sea, so we can enjoy the seafood and other delicacies there.

Just like the other countries, we also have a lot of shopping mall. This photos is the photo of one of the biggest plaza in Batam. It sells many variety things, and it also includes cinema, karaoke, etc.

Yangon

I come from Myanmar,Yangon. Yangon is also known as Rangoon which means "End of Strifes". Yangon used to be the capital city of Myanmar. But, now Pyin Ma Nar(Nay Pyi Taw) becomes the capital city. My hometown,Yangon, has a lot of interesting places so lot of tourists visit Yangon every year. Yangon is famous for Shwedagon Pagoda, the most famous pagoda, of Myanmar. Another famous place at Yangon is Kandawgyi Garden.

Playing badminton.

I love to play badminton.The first time I fall in love with this sport is when I saw a Thomas Cup and Uber Cup in one of the TV channel in my country in 2002.I love this sport because this sport offer me a fantastic games and the team work when we play double match.Futhermore,I love this sport because this sport can show a hard and arts of the shoots.For example,when we play in men's single the player has a lot of choices whether to combine any type of shoot like net, lob, and jumping smash which can make the games more unique and challenging.I hope that all of you who have the same hobby with me can feel the same experiences.

Drawing

Whenever I feel bored or need to relax, I will always occupied myself by drawing picture. Because whenever I draw a complete and nice picture, I will feel proud and satisfied with my own work.

Due to that reason, I like to find some beautiful picture I found in internet or comic books to draw. But most of it, I will just sketch random things I liked on any paper I can found. Teehee~ (It cost a lot of paper)!

Listening to music

Music makes me happy.Whenever i am sad or depressed, i listen to music. Actually, music plays important role in human life. Music is one of the exits for people from their boring or tired lives. So we all listen to music. There are several types of music; Pop, Hip-Hop, Rock, Jazz,etc. When people listen to music, they choose the songs according to the type of music they like. However, when i listen to music, i just choose according the lyric and the melody of the song so that i can enjoy the meaning of the song.
